Quelques corrections manuscrites 8 p. numérotées, 27x 21 cm Article dans lequel européen avant l'heure, il analyse les dégats causé par la première guerre mondiale et qu'il conclut sur une vison apocalyptique de ce qu'elle sera après la fin de celle ci : "There you have the picture of Europe of tomorrow and after : a continent sown with ruins, for the rebuilding of which there will be lack of money and men, inhabited by a population decimated, enfeebled, shaken in healthand in prey of nervous troubles... This is the fruit of the war, unchained by criminal governments and social groups, and accepted, tolareted, continued by foolish nations which have shown their total incapacity for understanding their interest, and in which even the elemental instinct of all living beings, the inpulse of selfconservation participates in the general stupification and ceases to operate.
